is a citizen-led collaboration with Education, Health and Human Service partners to improve early childhood development opportunities for children age birth to five years and their families.

Community collaborative charged with meeting the 15 in 5 priority of "building a best in the nation early childhood system" in Linn County.
FY 09 efforts include development of an early childhood learning institute and continued enhancement of local partners.
